Deciding to purchase a new home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. We are happy to help throughout the entire process. Now that have you had your credit reviewed you have officially made loan application and can accurately discuss loan amounts, interest rates and payments with your loan officer. Please contact us before submitting an offer to make sure the potential monthly payment is within you comfort level. It is our job to work with your Realtor to ensure you are making the best decision.
It can take some time to find that perfect home. As you work with your Realtor to make that decision, please start gathering the following documents that will be needed to process your loan.
_____ Paystubs: We require paystubs representing a full month of income
_____ W-2’s for the past two years
_____ Tax Returns for the past two years
_____ Two month’s bank statement
_____ Most recent investment account statement
_____ Copy of driver’s license
_____ Copy of social security card
_____ Divorce or Separation decree, if applicable
_____ Child Support Order, if applicable
_____ Bankruptcy papers, if applicable
Once you have selected a home and agreed to a contract, you will receive a more specific list of documents that we will require to process the loan that you are receiving.
